Happy Hearts Exercise consists of a gradual warm up followed by a circuit of functional exercises. We finish with a cool down and relaxation. Clubs are 55 minutes long with a maximum of 20 people. Our Club Leader Lucy has 15 years experience with older adult exercise including cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
We all have our quirks and ailments. Creaky knees, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and osteoporosis amongst other things are all welcome and can be improved at Happy Hearts Exercise.
